Shelly RadicBoard President
As President of Project 1.27, Shelly combines her personal passion as a foster and adoptive mom of four adult children, two adopted and two biological with a desire to inspire the body of Christ to address the needs of kids in foster care. . Before coming to Project 1.27, Shelly served at MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) International as Director of Ministry Life, Chief of Staff and Interim CEO. As an author, speaker and organizational leader, Shelly is passionate about developing and integrating people, systems and programs to further God’s kingdom and fulfill the vision of a family waiting for every child.
Aaron Weber Board Secretary
Aaron lives in Littleton, CO, and has been married to Emma for seven years. They have two wild boys aged 4 and 2. He serves as Operations and Ministry Administrator at Calvary Englewood and aims to be a lifelong student, graduating from Denver Seminary with an MDiv in 2018 and ThM in 2023. He loves all types of music (but especially pop punk), a good cup of coffee, a long theology book, and cooking delicious meals for his friends and family. He hopes to one day see the Colorado Rockies win the World Series (a slight hope), and he is passionate about people growing to know God deeply as individuals and in their families (a much greater hope).
David StidhamBoard Treasurer
David serves as the VP of Business Affairs & General Counsel for The Chosen. Prior to working for The Chosen, he spent nearly 6 years as the General Counsel & Director of Licensing for RightNow Media, as well as 2 years working as an Assistant District Attorney in Dallas, TX. He holds a BBA and MBA from Harding University, a JD from New England Law Boston, and graduate certificate in Negotiation Mastery from the Harvard Business School Online. He is a licensed attorney in the states of Colorado, Utah, and Texas, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
Beth Humphreys
Beth is the COO of a financial advisor’s office and was the COO in her home while raising her three children. She and her husband Steve are passionate about teaching faith at home. Their passion stems from their use of Family Time Training products to raise their children. Knowing what a blessing it can be, she is dedicated to helping train other families.
Amy Skatula
Michael Romero
Michael is a licensed and ordained minister with church planting and pastoral experience. He has been in ministry for over 33 years.
Michael also founded and still leads an international discipleship ministry called Leave.Follow.Shine that reaches into places such as Kenya, Uganda, Nicaragua, and Northern and Southern India. He is also integrally involved in Baptist Spanish-speaking churches in the Colorado area.
Michael is a Certified Church Consultant by the Church Consultancy University affiliated with Thom Rainer and Church Answers. He works primarily with SBC churches in Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. He also serves as a transitional pastor as needed.
Michael has been married to his beautiful wife Maria, a discipleship-driven missionary herself, for 27 years. Together they have three incredible children and six incredible grandchildren.
